Marc Jacobs earphones.
[I need new earphones as i have ben walking around with some tangled up with thread shitty black ones for too long singe my over-excited Labrador ruined my last pair of decent ones. Here are a pair of pink beauties from Lord Marc Jacobs]
get them here

Pixel jumper, Gap
[It's cold outside, It has been bright white outside my window for over a week now. Its getting annoying now, but this jumper will make the outside a bit more exciting to step into.]
get it here

Kara shoes, Topshop
[first of all, they have the same name as I. Now this is reason enough, but I also quite like them. I wore an earlier version of these over the summer which stepped and ran and skipped their way to the grave. Time for another pair.]
get them here

Clutch/makeup bag, Anya Hindmarch
[I am a sucker for studded black leather, and this is that. Anya Hindmarch never fails to deliver with anything pretty much. I love it whether it be a makeup bag or as I would wear it a clutch.]

Pink Friday even though It's Monday

This here is the ever-changing haired legend that is Nicki Minaj. Today, her album [Pink Friday] was finally released on the cash money/young money record label.
Having followed her success over the last two years her sense of style has proven to be somewhat as elaborate and amazing has her music.

Here are her 10 most outrageous outfits. I like number 10.......

Here is her hair:

Today I want:

This outfit:

This is a look from Versace's diffusion line, Versus [originally given to Donatella to design by herself by Gianni], designed by one of my favourite designers, Christopher Kane. After a five year hiatus, the Versus label has returned, including the iconic safety pin dress that got the world whispering "who's that girl?" about Elizabeth Hurley back in 1994.

here is the rest of the collection:

Lanvin ♥ H+M

After Thursday's showcase of the much awaited Lanvin collection for H&M, the countdown begins to the masses clawing their way through the doors to get their fashion hungry mitts on an Alber Elbaz design. Already there has been twitter updates of people waiting/camping in line to ensure a puffed asymmetric necklined frock showered with statement ruffles and silkribbon details and embellished pearl necklaces and bracelets.

"I have said in the past that I would never do a mass-market collection, but what intrigued me was the idea of H&M going luxury rather than Lanvin going public.

This has been an exceptional exercise, where two companies at opposite poles can work together because we share the same philosophy of bringing joy and beauty to men and women around the world."Alber Elbaz

Eloise Jephson

Eloise Jephson is a fashion print designer. Her intricate illustrative drawings have an element of fantasy with story book like creatures printed on dresses, jump suits and kimonos. Having gained recognition on and the Telegraph for her much celebrated BA collection, she is continuing her studies with an MA at CSM. So, her much awaited next collection will be showcased at London Fashion Week for the world to see where once a year, the graduation show of Central Saint Martins M.A. course gives not just a sighting of new talent but, increasingly, a strong fashion direction of its own.

Here are some looks from her much celebrated Central Saint Martins BA fashion show featuring her mythical creature prints on long flowing fabrics:

She also entered a competition with Stella McCartney to design a T-shirt where she won with this design:

My xmas wish list:

Glitter brogues by Marc Jacobs
[I love brogues, I have been through countless pairs, I am currently working my way through a brogue boot- they keep my ankles warm in this cold northern climate I have been subjected to over the last couple of months. These glittered ones would be a nice party alternative for skipping about in.]

Aran cardigan from Topshop
[I already have the jumper version of this, which I have worn pretty much daily since it was purchased 2 weeks ago]

Suede shorts from Topshop
[I have been fairly sceptical of the leather shorts trend that emerged over the last few months however the suede alternative are very alluring....]

black mini leopard patent Mulbury Alexa clutch
[I have been after an alternative to my beaten up Marc Jacobs bag for some time as its large capacity means I am constantly searching around it to find my things- I sometimes think it has the same magical powers as Mary Poppins hold all. This little beauty looks like absolute perfection, enough room for money, keys, blackberry, ipod, eyeliner. no more!]

Spinning Around

Here is my new favourite video:

Here are some of the outfits stylist Mariel Haenn has dressed the goddess that is Rihanna. I really want a long tulle skirt just like her one to twirl about in too- that may end in disaster however as both my sister and I have visited the A+E after spinning around and around on separate occasions>
I was about eight when I spun around my bedroom pretending to be a ballerina and slipped over in dizzyness banging my head on a coat hook, cracking my head open. this may have a lot to answer for now..... My sisters encounter with the A+E is a little more recent, but with a very similar start, spinning around to the point of no control, slipping and this time cracking her arm.

I still want the skirt.

time to breathe

Today I have had the luxury of a lie in and as I watched the catch up of this weeks Gossip Girl- oh wow at Serena's Zuhair Murad fall 2010 sheer lace draped dress she wore to the ballet! I did my nails with my new favourite nail colour:

here it is: Lead nail varnish from Topshop's Heavy Duty collection, £6 from

Alexander McQueen - Spring Summer 2011

And so, Sarah Burton's first solo collection for Alexander McQueen carries on the legacy on the brand taking forward the prints and fabric structures which it has been celebrated for in Lee's lifetime.
Sarah had worked very closely with Lee McQueen building the brand it became and so knows or even co-invented the essence of Alexander McQueen which can be seen in every bit of this collection.

Swimming in air

Guessing what the advert is trying to sell is a challenge, with the 200 meters of fabric in the form of an Anthony Price original swirling around model Yulia Lobova suspended in mid air. The figure is captured in a purple dust forming a flake. This film however is very reminiscent of the Kate moss holographic piece for McQueen's SS'08 Preview Collection:

Lost and found

The gorgeous Helena Fleur picked up a copy of the Browns forty years of fashion for me as she sweeped away from the event earlier this last month, I left it at another friends house after another Perier Jouet infused evening and never got a peek at the pictures. Until now.......

That Friday feeling.

With a bad start to the day onset by the signal fail riddled Underground, Tincarabell had a bit of an adventure trying to get to work on time running from station to stop.
The horrible morning was however quickly forgotten about apon arrival, as today was the day they were casting male models, lots of male models. So, Tincarabell spent the morning running up and down the stairs introducing these beautiful boys to the company directors.
After she popped over to the Love magazine headquarters to drop off some samples and check in with her lunch date for a catch up from the other side of the fashion road.

Later Tincarabell headed over to the Dove's apartment to eat pizza and icecream and drink pear cider in front of the super boring football, which was subsited by the glee finaly at half time as England's world cup performance failed to entertian.

Shoes [Christian Louboutin]; Shorts [Acne]; T shirt [Cos]

The new work out.

As Tincarabell heads to work each morning her loathing hatred for the horrible running shoes on the feet of women as they make their way to work increases. Women who think it is perfectly acceptable to team some Hi Tech or Asics trainers with a pencil skirt and tailored jacket and sit on the tube and walk down a busy street for all of London to see.. Vom.
Tincarabell wears her Manolos to work........
Still running in heels, Tincarabell doesn't need a gym [not that voluntary exercise is part of her vocabulary, other than a casual glide in the sea on holiday- which doesn't count I know...] Today she has been lifting boxes, lots and lots of boxes. The catalogues arrived for the Autumn/Winter collection, which then of course need to be distributed to The communications store, People's Revolution and all the other PR agencies around the world [tomorrow is going to be a fun day..] So, lifting boxes and requesting samples back, samples lent to Katie Grand. Lily Allen and various Vogues around the world. This was her day.

As she sleeps tonight, she will dream of her toned arms from her heavy lifting the day before.

Today for her work out she wore: Shoes [Manolo Blahnik]; Dress [Moschino]; Jacket [Moschino]
