Jumpin' Jumpin'

A couple of weeks ago I headed over to Campbell-Bell HQ to style and photograph a shoot for Beauchamps's of London. The theme was CoLoUR!- possibly channeling the block colour trend that is coming up strong at the moment.... wasn't intentional but i am sure it came about subconsciously.
Beauchamp's belts have the amazing ability to be reversible and interchangeable, you can mix 'em up- change the buckles around tun them inside out and back to front. There is also the potential to utilise your silk scarfs- I have a whole box of vintage silk scarfs that i never use- I think Beauchamp's may be the answer I have been looking for.

Whats more there is a bespoke service if you cant pick the colour/texture/shape that you want........

AMAZEBALLS!

Jen Brill is Brill

I come across Jen Brill frequently as I browse the blogs..... She always catches my eye, her clothes are way cool and her life sounds pretty much cooler. She works as an photo agent, is Chanel ambassador and is Terry Richardson's girlfriend:

shoe envy up in here- Proenza's!!!

The best cufflinks I have ever seen:

Appleby Parva specialises in British made luxury accessories for Gentlemen. Each of products are meticulously sourced from craftsmen, workshops and artisans to find products made with materials and techniques that produce items of outstanding quality and enduring appeal.
Appleby Parva's products have a general classic sense of design for the decerning gentleman, however I have spotted these cufflinks which no doubt add a sense of humour to the suited and booted:

1 week. 1 belt. Day 1.

The aim behind many of the designs of the Beauchamp's of London belts is to focus on flexibility, uniqueness and offer individual artistic licence to flourish. Currently the designs can be worn in a multitude of different ways. so, I have decided to use this concept over the next week and post a picture of me wearing the same belt in a different way for the next 7 days.

Shirt: Gharani Strok; Skirt: Vintage; Belt: Beauchamp's of London.

I'm not a ho, I'm Just ho'ish!

Pictures by Autumn

Autumn de Wilde has taken a series of photos for Peter Jensen's Fall 2011 collection. The photographs are set in Hollywood, possibly channeling the muse for this collection, Anna Karina. Here the models are set in scenes like stills from a film rather than posing for photographs.

BTW I used to work at the Peter Jensen studio..... nice crowd!

Paris Fashion Week Highlight: Givenchy

Wow! is the first thing I can say in regards to this collection. Every element of this collection rocks my world..... The digitally printed panthers and purple orchids, the sheer organza, cat-eye sunglasses, black patent and velvet and the eighties look Versace/ Moschino bombe jackets... Amazeballs!

Favouite look:

This top is fantastic, and I love that the print on the lower sleeves bleed onto the skirt. The cropped sheer sweater is on the top of my wish list.

Hands down 100% my favourite collection from A/W 11

Paris Fashion Week Highlight: Gareth Pugh

Pugh's signature structural leather shapes had a bit of a breather in this collection as he incorperated floating fluid fabrics that glided down the catwalk like wafts of smoke for A/W 11. This collection is proving to be a much more wearable and versatile collection compared to much of his previous work for the catwalk.

Favourite look:

The colour is fabulous! I am a big fan of the dressing gown-like cut of the hood and the tie around the waist, made in a fluid fabric creates a very chic interpretation!
